  10. No it isnt! I thought it was so I played along. Did I get a million dollars no. I got $4.6 million!! Are you kidding me! Stop thinking your going to become rich by some obscure person dieing and leaving you millions. They took advantage of my Aunt who was suffering from dementia at the time. Her symptoms were not that clear so no one knew. She got one of these and was a couple thousand into it until we realized what she was doing. Her belief was so strong that she still believed after being told it was a scan! Her daughter had to take her checkbook and appoint someone to handle her finances. If you know anyone who might be susceptible like my aunt please look out for them! These people actually make a lot of money doing this as everyone seems to have this fantasy that someday something like these letters may happen and they so want to believe that they get caught up. After the first payment that belief is strengthened. Many even think it's "God's miracle" because they are so in need of one. Many of the people that believe this are not necessarily stupid. One never knows what one will believe under the right circumstances.
